Kinnettles Spa Cancellation Policy
We require a notice period of 24 hours for cancellation or rescheduling. Missed appointments without prior notice are subject to a 100% charge for reserved spaces. This applies to no-shows. For non-resident guests, credit/debit card details will be required at the time of reservation.
